A real home for adults with developmental disabilities

Consistency, structure, and respect — at any stage of adult life.

Who This Is For

For adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities

We support adults living with autism spectrum conditions, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental conditions. Some residents have lived with their condition since birth. All deserve a steady home, real relationships, and respect for who they are.

For families who've watched a loved one cycle through group homes — moved every time staff turn over or behavior is misunderstood — we offer something different: a small home that doesn't move them around, and caregivers who learn what makes them feel safe.

Our Approach

Continuity is the medicine

The single most important factor in quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities is continuity — the same home, the same caregivers, the same routine, year after year. Disruption is destabilizing. Familiarity is healing.

We hire slowly so we can keep our team. We don't take on more residents than we can know deeply. We learn each person's communication style — verbal, gestural, behavioral — and we adapt to it.

We work with each resident's existing support network: case managers, day program staff, family, doctors. We don't try to reinvent care that's already working — we slot into it and add the residential stability that completes it.
