Pick a day and time that works for you. We'll show you the home, introduce you to caregivers, and answer everything you've been wondering.
Choose a time that works for you
Tours are available Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Plan on about 60 minutes — enough to see every room, sit down for tea, and have all your questions answered.
Your tour, step by step
1. We greet you at the door
Abonesh or a senior caregiver will meet you. We'll offer coffee, tea, or water — Ethiopian buna available — and sit briefly to learn what brings you in.
2. Walk-through of the home
You'll see the common areas, kitchen, dining room, garden patio, and an example bedroom. We'll show you the bathroom layout, accessibility features, and where meals are prepared.
3. Meet the caregivers on duty
You'll meet whoever is working that day. Ask them anything — how long they've been here, what their training is, what their typical day looks like.
4. Sit down and ask anything
We'll come back to the kitchen table and walk through your loved one's specific situation — what their needs are, what care looks like, costs, room availability, timing, paperwork.

Calendly only shows our standard tour windows. If you need an evening, Sunday, or same-day visit, just call us — we accommodate when we can.
